In the name Épices, we’ve swapped the accent on the “E” for a single dot—a subtle nod to the precious grains of pepper, mustard, coriander, and beyond.

The ampersand is placed on a horizontal bar, in reference to the pan of a scale on which one places ingredients.

Stripes were added in reference to the Breton flag.
